Chelsea Buns!

At Tech, Philomena and I made Chelsea Buns. The steps and ingredients of making a successful Chelsea Buns are below.

What you need:
Measuring Cups
Measuring Spoons
3 ½  cup Edmonds high grade flour
¼ sugar
¼ warm water
1 large bowl
1 sifter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ brown sugar
1 knife
¾ warm milk
1 Rolling Pin
Melted butter
1 small bowl

Procedure:
  1. Pour in ¼ cup of warm water, 2 tablespoon of yeast and ½ tablespoon of sugar into a small bowl, then stir it to make the ingredients dissolve. Following that, place it into a warming draw.

2. Sift ¼ teaspoon of sugar and 3 1/2  cup flour into a large bowl. Next, make a hole in the centre and pour the melted the butter and ¾  of warm milk together to form it into a huge lump in the middle.

3. Lightly sprinkle flour on the rolling pin and on the table so that the dough and the yeast does not stick to you or the table.

4. Knead to the dough and the yeast around and finally use the rolling pin to make it into a rectangle.

5. Use the leftover melted butter and spread it on top of the dough and the yeast. Following that, sprinkle ¼ of brown sugar on top of the melted butter together with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

6. Roll it up tightly and cut into small slices and place it onto a tray into the warming draw for about 15 minutes.

7. Later on, put it into the oven for 20 minutes to bake.

8. When it’s baked take it out and place it onto a pot stand.

Does it look delectable?
