St. Patrick’s School

Saint Patrick's School is a place where students can get an education.

At school we learn, create and share our ideas. School when we are five years old. Cleaners cleans our school to make it smell nice and shining. Our principal to run, guide our school and look after the students. Teachers teaches us new things things that students don’t understand.

At this school, the students studies hard to learn new skills. They use books, Chromebooks or netbooks to get more information and to learn more education. Saint Patrick’s School has a sick bay to take care of any injuries. Our school has a lunchroom so students can place their lunch orders. Saint Patrick’s have programs like APOPS where we have the opportunity to hear musical instruments. Also ‘Trash to Fashion’ and Kiwi sports like softball, netball, basketball and many more.

Saint Patrick’s School celebrates Mission Day. All the money that is raised goes to the Holy Angel’s  Orphanage. They have a Cultural Festival where the students get to perform a dance from a different culture. St. Patrick’s celebrate St.Patrick’s Day and the Christmas production. These events are celebrated because it is important for the school as it’s a part of their identity.

In the morning, we have Religious Education so that we can learn about God. In maths, students learn number, fractions and place value. They also learn how to read and write. These subjects help them to learn new skills that they need. They are also able to blog and share their learning.
