Instruction 1:
Firstly, measure the ½ teaspoon of flour and place it onto a clean plate together with some pepper and ½ tablespoon of powdered mustard.

Instruction 2:
Collect 1 tablespoon of butter and place it onto the element to melt. Make sure it doesn’t burn!

After melting the butter, take it off the element and add ½ tablespoon of Powdered Mustard, sprinkles of pepper and 1 tablespoon of flour into the melted butter in the small sauce pan and place it back onto the element and wait for it to bubble. Mix it.

Instruction 4:
Take the saucepan off the element and then add ¾ of milk together with the 3 ingredients then mix it and place it back onto the element until it bubbles into small balloons.

Pour the Roux on top of the cooked macaroni and ouala! You have Macaroni & Cheese.
