Nachos!!

Recording my day at Tech. My partner Philomena and I were going to make the most appetizing Nachos. Firstly, we both got out all the suitable resources to be able to make our Nachos including our tasty coleslaw. Later on, my partner were separated into two different chefs. One of us had to make the coleslaw and the other was cooking the meat and adding flavour into it.

What you need:
2 plates
1 grater
1 fork
1 small saucepan
1 pot stand
1 chopping board
1 vegetable knife
1 metal bowl (medium)

Ingredients:
Cabbage (Any size)
Mince (Any size)
Carrots
Oil
1 Onions
Salt
Pepper

MEAT
Step 1:
Put the mince into the saucepan together with the oil and mash the mince.

Step 2:
Add onions, grated cheese, salt and pepper to the mince and the oil after 5 minutes while it’s cooking.

Step 3:
Grab a pot stand to put the cooked mince on top of it when it’s ready.

Step 4:
Use a plate scraper to put the mince onto 2 plates equally for your partner and yourself.

SALAD
Step 1:
When all the ingredients have been collected, we start to chop and grate the carrots and onions. The cabbage will be chopped up with a vegetable knife only.

Step 2:
We pour all the chopped up cabbage and the grated vegetables into a metal bowl, then finally we add dressing to give our salad a terrific taste.

Step 3:
Lastly, we put the salad into 2 individual glass bowls for my partner and I.

Low Tide

I walk beside you
Across mudflats in
My blue gum boots,
Over crackling oyster
Shells, green-ribbed pipi,
The traces of wading birds.

When the tide is out, what lies exposed:
River threads of mud, old brown stones,
Tiny mussles yet to grow:
My soul prince left

Apple Sauce!

Screenshot 2017-02-16 at 13.42.40.png
At Technicraft today, my partner Philomena and I decided to make apple sauce for cooking. We had to design our jars to put our exquisite apple sauce inside it.

What you will need:
4 cloves
½ tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 medium saucepan
2 Measuring spoons
2 peelers
2 Chopping Board
6 Apples

Procedure:
Instruction 1:
At first, we turned the oven on to fan force and turned the temperature to 100 degrees. After that, we peeled 6 apples with a peeler on a chopping board and put it into a saucepan with a bit of cold water.

Instruction 2:
Later on, we took the lid of the jar and put it in the oven so that when it’s time to put the apple sauce in it, the jar wouldn’t break. When the apple was ready and on the stove, we added 4 cloves in the pot to give it a bit of flavour and waited for the apples to boil.

Instruction 3:
As the apples boiled, we took it off the stove and added a tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of sugar, than mashed it with a fork or a wooden spoon.

Instruction 4:
Finally, we put the applesauce in our decorated jars and took it back to school with us.

Pokemon Go!

Plan:
The person Talking: Caroline
My best friend: Jessie
What happened: Jessie was so distracted by the new game that had pop out called ‘Pokemon.’

“Ahhhh, a new game just came out!” said Jessie cheerfully,
I asked her, “What is the game called?”
She replied excitedly, “Its….its….its called POKEMON GO! I was so confused, I had no idea what that game was. Usually I knew all games that were upgraded into play store because I have hacked into it.

The next day flew past, Jessie was so addicted to Pokemon Go, she couldn’t concentrate and trace the words coming out from my mouth. “OHH nooooooo, noooooo. Damn it I lost Victini man!” shouted Jessie.
Jessie, Jessie, JESSIE!” I said madly.
“Huh?” Was her reply. Thinking to myself, looking at her grippy hands wrapped around the phone. I quickly snatched it off her.  “Why did you do that, it’s my phone?!”
“All you do is ignore me now, you're brainwashed by that game now I’m feeling lonely because you’re the only one in this world I know.” she said,
“But...this is really cool!”
I told her instantly, “Don’t worry you weren’t important anyways because I can make friends.” (I threw her phone at her) She stop and she started listening. On her face was a worried look. So I knew she’d care about me anyway but I left because I would’ve said a swear word but I was now turned into a good girl.

Relaxing in my bed, looking and scrolling down Instagram and Facebook,  II suddenly heard the bell ring. I ignored it. It rang and rang, so eventually,  I went down the steps taking deep breathes in and out. It was Jessie. I signed then I opened the door and said, “Have you found your attracted Pokemon Go’s!”
“No I didn’t, Jessie said sadly.
“So why you here!?” I replied angrily.
“I’m sorry, look you're right I was addicted to that game!” she said.   I started apologizing for forcing her to focus on me and saying that I didn’t care about her anymore.  We both walked into my room, jumped onto the bed and showed Jessie my latest updates on Facebook and on Instagram.

Mum came back from work, she’d bought us both Big Mac’s, with extra large drinks and chips as a treat. It was so yummy, next time we will be able to both play Pokemon Go together.

The End!
