Can you feel it beating?

Our heart needs to beat to keep us alive.

The  heart is a muscle in your body which begins working seven months before you are born. It never  stops, day and night until we die. The heart pumps the blood going around the body, non-stop. It’s made of a special muscle called cardiac muscle. Cardiac muscles our  involuntary because it works without you thinking about it.

It is very important  because it helps us to breathe and  keeps our blood going around our body. If you are born without a heart, you will be a stillborn. Our heart helps to pump the oxygen rich blood into our body.

It’s really important that you have a heart to keep you alive and safe. We are lucky that we have a heart to be alive and right exercising regularly.

Can you feel the wind?

Wind comes from the North towards the East. Wind is really important because it gives us oxygen to breathe and gives us fresh air. Sometimes, If the warm wind is mixed with cold wind, it could become a storm.

If there is no air we would not be able to breath. Wind is really wild. Wind is moving air. You feel it pushing against you. Wind is formed whenever heavy air pushes on lighter air. It can range from gentle breeze to a violent tornado.

It is really important that we have wind to help us circulate air around us so we can breathe.
